Product application:
The ideal antireflection effect can be achieved by adding 0.2~0.4% of this product to the corresponding materials. The addition of the nucleating transparent agent can improve the mechanical properties of the material. It is suitable for manufacturing transparent plastic products, and also used by * * on transparent polypropylene sheets and transparent polypropylene pipes. It can not only be used directly by dry mixing with polypropylene, but also can be used after being made into 2.5~5% master batch.
The recommended amount of nucleating transparent agent in polypropylene is about 0.2%~0.3%, and customers can adjust it according to their own needs. Attention, it is fine adjustment! Don't think the more you use, the better. The amount of nucleating transparent agent has a critical value, and it will not be effective if it is used too much. When using, add about 0.1% (mass fraction) of calcium stearate into polypropylene resin, which is used as an acid absorption stabilizer to reduce the melting point of nucleating transparent agent. Nucleating transparent agent basically does not produce odor in the application process. It has a significant effect on the transparency and brightness of polypropylene, and also has a good effect on improving the mechanical properties of polypropylene resin.
